So, I was looking for a video of Kang squats for a lifter tonight and came upon this one and thought it was pretty damn good and lo and behold, its my buddy Mie Yoshinaga. Good form Mie. The exercise, named by me after Coach Kang, is very good for hamstrings, lower back, etc. You are to stay on the rear of the feet while performing this motion. It is an exaggeration of the pulling positions. Use your 1RM snatch as 100%. Dont push the weights when doing this exercise. Reps between 8-5s for most. youtu.be/LCWJfm1-3_Q
