So I was riding my friends bike and Im chilling at the beach at night and I closed my eyes for a sec with the bike in front of me and someone steals it...Now im pissed looking for the bike knowing its long gone and I see a cop car near to report that my friends bike was stolen and as Im walking up to report it to the police I notice a man siting on the ground in front of the police officer doing absolutely NOTHING to the officer the man says I know people that work in the state bldg and the police officer reaches for his tazer and was about to taze him, until the other officer notice ME walking up to report my friends bike stolen and tells the other officer Holup holup somebodys coming then he say me and put his tazer away....
