So I was thinking as I was painting some siding: are there police bugs that warn the other bugs not to come near the fresh paint, but there are always those that just HAVE to come check it out for themselves, thus paying for their curiosity with their lives and becoming permanent "bumps" in my fresh paint? And then that got me thinking about how many humans act the same way. We KNOW right from wrong but we just HAVE to push the boundaries and many end up with long term consequences! The Bible addresses this in James 4:17 "So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin". Help me, Father, to not be like those stupid bugs on my siding!
