So I watched ALIENS again last night. (big suprise I know) but I noticed something for the first time. Hudson..... Mr. game over man, game over often quoted and thought to be a dumb grunt ..... and yet I think he could be one of the smartest ones. 0- he hacked the doors to get them in. 1 - he was apparently one of the only ones trained on how to read the motion tracker 2 - Once the building is secure he gets the systems going again and begins to go over the layout to locate the colonists. (he was seemingly their tech guy) 3- He was alpha team squad leader. 4- when Bishop points out the emergency venting he was the first to get it without explanation. He was only 4 weeks from discharge when they got sent to LV-426. So its kind of understandable why he had a breakdown....... So yeah, Hudson was the man. so was Vasquez.
