So I went and bought some New shoes today.. I debated about wearing them to work today & did not wear them...big mistake..I should have wore them to work.. My right foot was in extreme pain today.. I got home about 5.. and put on my new shoes.. but the pain is still there.. I think the damage has been done.. So I am going to stay off my foot tonight.. because I have to go to work... the rest of the week.. I will aim to go to the gym Thursday or Friday to start off my week.. I so much wanted to go.. I decided to buy all leather this time.. hoping the support will last longer than the mesh kind that I normal get! I took a picture so you all could see.. I have learned my lesson about shoes.. I need to get new ones about every 4 to 5 months.. to prevent this pain from starting.. They do not make shoes like they use to .. we pay high dollar prices & do not get the same service we use to get..I have wore a lot of brands but NewBalance is the only brand I can wear the longest !! what is your favorite brand of shoes.. ??
