So I went to the doctor today because my right ear has been causing me some discomfort with a fluid feeling and sure enough he says I have an middle inner ear infection. I can hear the pulse beat in my ear when I exercise and it drives me crazy! I hate taking antibiotics for an infection (he gave me Amoxicillian) but he also says to take a daily decongestant like Claritin. I may just try the over the counter decongestant first. My BP was 117/70 and I am going back for fasting blood work on Wed morning. My weight was down 7 lbs since I saw him last month.
