So, I will officially get the ball rolling with a very nice experience this morning whilst dealing with Seur Couriers. Their driver really let me down yesterday whilst I was waiting for a package. He came to Benahavis at 1530hrs whilst I was purposefully at home waiting for the delivery. He didnt bother to try to find my address, simply turned around and claimed the address did not exist (even though theyve delivered to my door several times before). This morning I called Seur and got through to someone that refused to speak 1 word of English. I could have left it there and moaned to anyone that would listen, but I managed to get the local Marbella office number from the non-helpful member of staff and gave them a call. Wow, what a difference. Perfect English, extremely helpful and gentle (without any of the typical aggressive indifference - you know the type). She agreed to call the driver and arrange a time etc, all very pleasant. It was such a refreshing change that I not only wanted to hug her, I didnt want to let her get away. So, after telling her how grateful I was for the level of personal service that shed just delivered to me, I asked her if she would mind giving me her name and number to pass on to others who need some friendly help. She was so chuffed that her helpful attitude was actually being appreciated that I think it made her day. Lovely!
