So Im a bit late to the party but, if you can handle some decently graphic content (especially for Network Television), I incredibly highly recommend you watch/catch up on Hannibal. My guy love for Mads Mikkelsen aside, it is a superbly directed, acted, and produced series that keeps you legitimately guessing almost every step of the way. And as much as it pains me to say this....the last episode of Season 2 may be the best season finale Ive ever seen....even better than any of the Game of Thrones finales. Ive never seen something be so incredibly dark and yet so incredibly beautiful at the same time. Wow....just....wow. Oh and on the flip-side....DO NOT GO SEE TRANSFORMERS!!!! Idk what possessed me to see it but, that is easily the biggest piece of Michael Bay trash that that man has put out in a while. Somehow he managed to upgrade the entire cast, include the Dinobots, and make a worse movie. How??? Because he clearly sold-out even harder than usual and every aspect of the film was watered down and, as cheesy as it usually is, included none of the usual over-the-top Michael Bay flair. Even the sound-mixing/design, one of the few reasons that makes these movies worth seeing in films, was absolutely horrible. Transformers 3 may have been terrible, but damn was it awesome to listen to in theaters. All I heard in this movie was licensed music playing overly seemingly every action scene. So again, if you were considering it for any reason at all....DO NOT GO SEE TRANSFORMERS!!! I suffered so you dont have to.
