So Im at Walmart getting some tires for my truck. Sales associate come to me - can I help you ? Yes I need some tires. Well this associate is chomping on gum , jaw moving side to side, blowing bubbles , never smiles or makes eye contact- leans over hood to scan VIN number jewelry scraping paint. Truck has some scratches but really dont want any more-still chomping away at gum.Maybe Im getting to old or something but there was a time when customers (at any business) was treated with a little respect , greeted with a smile and made to feel like the business was glad you were there!! I find similar treatment at a lot of places any more, not just walmart. I guess times they are achangin. I remember when I was younger working after school my employers were really strict on there policies on how you treated a customers. We didnt smack gum(if it was allowed at all) you didnt rub against peoples vehicles and you always smiled and look people in the eye. The modern world is awesome with all the technology we have today but why dont we go back to some of the old days when the customer was important!!! Done with rant
