So Im back in memory care and I see two residents that are very anxious and are having trouble calming down n going back to bed so I give them both their prns for anxiety. I then push the cart in the middle of the unit because at 4 I am going to start passing my meds. Then one of the aids asks me what r u doing your not allowed to start early??? First off of all I am allowed to start two hours prior then the written time to pass narcotics. Second of all I have been a certified Med- tech for two years now and have also gotten permission from my supervisor to pass meds 2 hours prior to the written time. !! Third of all who the hell do u think u are to question me when your sitting on your ass cuddled up in blankets practically sleeping.???? If anything I should be writing you up for not doing your damn job!!! Grrr....I here when lazy people try to put their two cents in what they THINK you should be doing. Absolutely ridiculous !!!
