So, Im checking out at Wal-Mart & a couple in front of me are paying with EBT, the cashier says they owe $1.04 & they flip out saying all items are food. After the poor cashier searches & tries to find the item to take off because they dont want to pay the $1.04, I just gave it to the cashier to make her life easier & get the the line to move. The couple barely thanked me, kept my penny & OMG, went to research their receipt, discovering it was the bread that showed taxable & Ill be dang if she didnt go stand in the return line to get my $1.04 back to keep for herself! WOW! I did my good deed more so for the cashier.....shame on that couple! AMAZED!
