So Im finally able today to be awake and with it enough to try to catch up..Still in Phoenix Had Surgery last Friday to repair my Tibia/Fibula previously severed from the accident..Had spent 3 months in external fixator, then had previous reconstructive surgery,and screws implanted..Those failed, so they opened it back up,removed previous hardware and screws and inserted a metal plate to the tibia shaft..They took bone from my right hip,and placed it in a grapht with tibia to promote healing of bones they re-aligned.They took the dista sole muscle ,flesh and blood vessels from my upper calf. And put that flesh muscle flap over the previous wound where the bones has come through,,I was kept sedated and Immobile until this week,with just muscle covering leg..Had a 50 /50 chance of it surviving, and it did,So This last Thursday I was taken back to surgery,and they took skin grapht from upper left thigh,were their were no burns, and then attached that skin over the previous muscle grapht.The pain sucks ass and Im here alone,and I miss ny Babies and Family. ,Cant even change positions,can just stare at the t.v on ceiling, praying For strength to Keep me mentally with it,and that this skin grapht isnt rejected. .Tuesday they will check it and if it survived Ill be at least able to get In wheel chair..Thank you everyone for it prayers and support,Sorry that I havent been in any shape to update my status on Facebook..You all can message my kids or contact my family at any time to check on me..Obviously if I hadnt updated I was un-able to,or am being kept knocked out so I dont freaking completely lose it!! 5 months Of this maddening torture..The surgery last week was 10 hours long,and other day was 3.5.. Im not down here on vacation with a couple stitches sipping iced tea..Im brutally down here still fighting this...Im way to tough to let this finish me, But it sure as Heck has taken every ounce of strength and has kicked my ass all over the place..Will update on Tuesday. hopefully with good news..God Bless,Love You all,Heart and Soul!
