So Im getting someone to help me at home with cooking for my family (no Ive not won the lottery ... we just spend an obscene amount of money on food because I have such little interest in cooking and doing this is going to SAVE us money!) Anyway - Im trying to assemble a sample meal plan for her of what Im thinking ... and I just realised how little imagination I have when it comes to dinners for our family (roast beef + veggies, spaghetti bol, roast chicken + veggies, bbq meat + veggies. YEP. Youre starting to see the problem here.) Id love you guys to suggest some great recipes for me to have a look at - were a family of meat eaters, but no nuts (nut allergy in the house) and no creamy type sauces (Im dairy intolerant).
