The customer service rep on the other end has me looking for little numbers on the metal plug,,,that I could not find and starts to get impatient with me, getting rude and huffing a little. I ask this,, why do people go into this field when they 1. Dont have patience. 2. Know they are going to be dealing with problems on the other end. I think they should be put through a test before hire to see their patience level!! #crankycustomerservice
