So Im honored to have been asked by Wacom to do an on air portfolio review on Google+ Hangouts. This will happen Sept 3rd. Were hosting a live Portfolio Review on Google+ Hangouts at 11 a.m. PT, Wednesday September 3. Three concept design artists will have their portfolios reviewed on the air by Aaron Blaise, a professional illustrator and painter known for his animation work on Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King and was co-director of the Academy Award Nominated, Brother Bear. These reviews will focus on concept design only. How to submit your portfolio for review: Please read the below rules carefully. Submissions that don’t follow these guidelines will not be taken into account. • Important: the focus is concept design. Only those portfolios affiliated with concept designed will be considered. • Submissions will be taken from today until August 20th as 12 am. Submissions received after the 20th of August will not be considered. • Only submissions that happen through this Wacom Student Community on Google+ will be considered. Please do not e-mail Wacom employees, or submit through other social channels. • We will only accept submissions that contain 1 (one) image and a link to your Behance profile. o If you haven’t joined our Wacom Behance Gallery yet, it’s simple (and free). Information here: gallery.wacom/signup/behance_member_challenge • You must be a current community college, college or university student. • Only accept 1 (one) submission from each student will be accepted. • All submissions are public.
