So, Im hoping for a little magic in my 2015. Just something, just anything, a little bit of hope for a better New Year. It didnt help me that yesterday, my blood test confirmed that I am now diabetic; just one more blow, just one more hurdle to overcome in 2014 and beyond. But Ill keep on hoping for a better future and count any blessings that cross my path when I find them. Although, honestly, they are becoming harder and harder to spot. Dont worry because I keep finding reservoirs of strength that I didnt know I pocessed allowing me to push forward and not give up. Heres Donna putting all she can into singing Could It Be Magic at age 61 at a live 2009 performance in Paris, France. She inspires me and everyone who were fortunate enough to see her perform live because she never gave up, she held on firmly to her faith, her talent and her family and it showed like a beacon of light on stage and was expressed in her gratitude. She was truly blessed. Enjoy watching her express her faith in herself, her talent, and sing and look like she was performing from 40 years earlier. She was truly an amazing woman.
