So, Im learning in my leadership development training that I should become a better delegator. It was suggested that I consider hiring someone to clean my house. I find this to be a fantastic idea that would certainly allot more time for me to do other tasks, not to mention relieve me from a chore that I just despise. However, Im finding that Ill need to clean my house before I allow someone else over to clean my house because its just so darn messy and embarrassing. What a predicament... ;)
