So Im lookin at the label on the side of Almond milk. 1g of protein per 8oz??? Whole milk has 1g per oz. Therefore whole milk is at least 8xs better for you than almond milk. Thats before you even factor in the Rbst(recombinant bovine somatropin) in whole milk. Id rather b caught drinking skim milk than this garbage. What fruit loop ever decided that this stuff is beneficial? A can of Yoo-hoo will provide more growth factor. And tastes better. Alpha out.
