So Im looking for a job again and Ive noticed a new section on job applications in the Self Identify section. The new section is for Veterans Disabilities.... I dont know about you, but I have a real hard time justifying why I should click yes to that section. To me, its just another way to weed out people they dont want to give a chance too. But at the same time I cant say no because it could bite me later IF I ever get hired so I put do not wish to identify which is the same as saying yes. Damned if you do and damned if you dont........
