So….. Im moving to NYC OCT 1 for a super cool new gig with Reverb Nation. Which means… I need to a) find a sub-letter for my place and b) sell pretty much everything I own. A) The place is a 2 bed, 1 bath house in North Park. It also has a HUGE back yard and man cave. Its by far the best place Ive ever lived. Looking for someone to take over the lease starting Oct 1.
