So Im reading the ingredients in my sprouts muffins. I havent ever really been a New Age grocery shopper but the closest store to my new place is sprouts and then a Walmart grocery store... and theyre both unfamiliar to me. I bought some blueberry muffins at sprouts the other day and Im reading the ingredients.... for some reason, bleached wheat flour just doesnt sound right. It doesnt sound natural either...
