So Im seeing this counselor, and its subsidized, but honestly, I dont think I would pay her full fee. I mean, I think we should all be paid *well*...but in my opinion for $110/hr theres a LOT better ways to heal than have someone to listen to me. Thats pretty much all she does, far as I can tell. Im not getting advice on homeopathy, on supplements, on nutrition...Increasingly I feel that counseling and psychotherapy is...not enlightened...much like the health care system in general, a good way to throw away a lot of money, if you dont insist on measurable results for your buck. Am I being cynical?!?
