So Im sitting here reserving seven hotel rooms for all of Lexis upcoming out of town competitions. They are all $100+ a night. I feel beyond BLESSED that two paychecks from Beachbody will more than pay for all seven rooms. Thats two weeks of helping others change their lives and getting paid for it. Daniel and I are very blessed that we dont have debt (other than our house payment). We were taught to save and be wise with our money. But, as a young couple married at 20 and pregnant the first month of marriage, we quickly learned just how important it was to save. I was in college and couldnt work due to a potentially high risk pregnancy. After Lexi was born, she was in daycare on one income while I was student teaching. We have gone a long time with being very careful with our money. Thanks to Beachbody, we have extra. Now, that doesnt mean we go crazy and blow every single check haha! I always put some into savings and the rest into our checking account. Private hour long tumbling lessons? One week MORE than paid for a whole month, plus monthly tuition. Another check paid for half of our house payment. My next two checks....going towards hotel rooms. All of these things that before, we could have totally paid for but not without giving up something elsewhere. Just think....what could an extra $400 a month do for your family? What about an extra $400 a week? Think about it....
