So Im thinking back to the early 80s and I was listening to phillys WCAU FM and Def Leppards, Photograph hot. That song started me on my love of metal and basically fostered my musical likes for the rest of my life. Fast forward half a dozen years later and I belonged to one of those 10 albums for a dollar or something like that music clubs. I had one choice left and nothing struck me. My friend Dan Dutch had gotten me into Metallicas, Fade to Black and Creeping Death but thats all I really knew of them. So I took a chance and picked Master of Puppets (Metallicas third LP) for my final music club selection (still my all time favorite album to this day). I loved it and although my music taste is very vast in my current life, these songs and albums changed my life. I dont usually do this kind of thing but I thought it might be fun if everyone chimed in about that song or that album or that band that changed your life. Please participate if you love music as much as I know you all do and rock on forever no matter what genre of music stirs your pot. Have fun!
