So Im thinking of calling out a hand full of ladies that have either peaked interest in hot yoga or have asked me about the hot yoga studio I go too.... I am thinking that we should make a ladys date night of it go to hot yoga and then afterwards grab mio sushi! But either way theres always a cool spot in the room and you can take breaks whenever need be I think it could be a lot of fun!
