So Im toying with the idea of organising some kind of challenge. It would be a set time, say 8 weeks. You would get two sessions a week in a group setting for training. It would be in my front yard, weather permitting. Children welcome to come, but you would need to provide them with entertainment, there would not be a baby sitter. And I will have the gate fixed (yes hubby you will fix it). I live at the end of a quiet no through road, so it is not a public setting like a park where everyone can see you. The idea of the challenge is to learn some basic exercises and then learn how to do them with weights. There will not be fancy equipment, it will be my dumbbells, barbell, bench, step and maybe my TRX if I can find somewhere outside to hang it. Then I will provide you with another workout to do at home on the third day of the week. There will also be assistance with nutrition, and feedback on how to improve your current diet. The aim of the challenge is to teach you how to make some changes to become a healthier version of yourself. It is not an 8 week challenge to drop as much weight as possible. I want people who are interested in changing for ever. There will be a limited number of people, Im thinking either 4 or 6. This is because I want to be able to offer a good service to those people that do come. I am not simply interested in taking on as many people as possible.
