So, Im trying to pay some bills online and I forgot the password - TopicsExpress

So, Im trying to pay some bills online and I forgot the password to one. I hit forgot password and I get an email with the temporary PW. The email msg says to log in with the temp PW and go to change PW once in to reset it to what I want it to be. Simple, right? I log in, go to change password and it asks for the current PW. I enter the new temp one I just got and it says its invalid/incorrect and prompts me to enter the previous PW. You know, the same previous password I couldnt remember and had to go through all this crap in the dang first place!!!!!😳😡😤
