So Im trying to understand my DWP bill which is shockingly high. Yes I know were in a drought. I suspect we may have a leak, so I would like to establish what is a normal rate of water usage for a single family residency with 2 people living in it measured in HCF. This has proven to be a strangley illusive subject to reasearch. Anyone know what a normal level of usage is for that kind of houshold or care to share what their own usage looks like?
