So Im watching Witches of East End and Im watching one of the characters write a spell and ponder whats latin for bondage and say servitute, that sounds right which brings up a couple of points. First, write a spell in a language that you know or barring that Second, use google translate to be sure youve translated correctly. As it went to commercial, this character was turning the color of stone and screaming. Google translate tells me servitutem means bondage, servitute means slavery. Now having studied latin Id have made the same mistake because I think that one is a conjugated version of the other. But lesson learned. Always use spell check and google translate when writing spells.
