So Irish water you have heard of our page and what we plan on doing with the water meters your company installed. You say were breaking the law by removing them but on doing your homework you have left out a lot of important information so let me begin to explain to all you morons a few facts. 1. Housing(miscellaneous provisions)Act 2002 A person, without duly given consent of the owner, shall not (b) bring onto or place on any land any object (In this case radiation emitting,3rd rate, 2nd hand tat aka water meter) - (i) substantially damage the land (v) substantially interfere with land, any amenity in respect of the land 2. A person who contravenes subsection(i) shall be guilty of an offense (The persons are indeed GMC sierra) 3. Where on member of the Garda Siochana has reason to believe that a person is committing or committed an offence under subsection (1) the member may - (B) may direct the person to leave the land concerned and remove from the land any object that belongs to the person or that is under his or her control, and (C) shall inform the person of the nature of the offence in respect of which it is suspected that person/s involved and the statutory consequences of failing to comply with a demand or direction under this subsection. Now we all know the Garda are controlled by deep pockets and they are not going to arrest your men for breaking the law and installing your substandard reject meters from Germany. You can preach to the news papers about how people will be fined for removing meters but when you do again, make sure you tell them how people have sent you demand notice of removal for these health hazards and how your company has broken the law trying to force this charge on the people of this country.
