So Its Sesame Streets 45th birthday, which gives me an excuse to remind my friend Hernan Hernandez that my father did the voiceover for the first radio PSA. Of course I cant find it anywhere. And of course Ive searched all over the internet and found clips from every WBLS on air personality from that time period EXCEPT my father. Leave it to Hernan to find one this afternoon from a 34 year old cassette tape of an overnight program of non-stop dance mixes. My father introduces himself at the 14:50 mark and again at 17:11. To say I am overwhelmed is a gross understatement. For now, all I can say is thank you, Hernan, thank you.
