So, Ive been convinced by the power of sets, rather than just ploughing mindlessly up and down the pool doing medium paced front crawl ad infinitum. But... how do you remember what youre doing?! When Im swimming at a coached session theyve written it up on a whiteboard which is good (if Ive got my contacts in!), but Id like to find a mini waterproof version to put at the end of the pool, or laminated swimfit cards already prepared. Have tried googling but nothing obvious? Any suggestions from the vast pool of experience on DYST? Thanks!!
