So Ive been reading the comments about Children and Making Magic - obviously there are parents who are competitive and extreme or maybe they grew up without and now want something different for their kids. There is nothing wrong with making or providing special memories for children. My personal aim is balance. There is magic in the simple things and in nature found in our everyday lives and there is also magic with huge Christmas, putting out reindeer food, and other special things we do for our kids to make something magical. Im not going to feel bad for doing for my kids. Im also not going to worry over them getting dirty or be put out when they want to stop and watch baby rabbits in Epcot for 30 min or watch a momma duck and her ducklings at Magic Kingdom instead of getting in the next ride or character sighting. Parenting is hard and we all have our own style. It is not a competition. Make magic with your kids or dont just dont judge me for enjoying MY KIDS the way I want to.
