So Ive been wondering... why does it seem like no one places their goats with any sales contracts? When I bred show cats, we sold them with multiple agreements stating guarantees, what happens if they cant pick the animal up at X date and associated board fees, when they must be spayed/neutered (although not applicable here!), rights of first refusal if sold, yadda yadda. Is that getting too nitpicky? I intended to fish out all my old documents and amend them for use with my current livestock... I know I already ran into issues with micro pigs when one grew WAY beyond what was expected and I refused to pay that kind of money for a big pig. I imagine these types of disputes arise with goats as well? Thoughts?
