So Ive been working with some video editing software, trying to make a video for a song I wrote last October. Its a project Im called Burning Holes In The Sun. Basically post-rock/metal/shoegaze with strong influence from bands like Godspeed You! Black Emperor, This Will Destroy You Official, Russian Circles, Pelican and Explosions In The Sky, to name a few. This song, Echelon is a track off a so far untitled EP that Ill be looking at releasing online in the near future. The song is about 6 months old and was recorded at my home (a pretty basic laptop/pro tools setup). Tagging a some people of the top of my head that Ive played in bands with, shared the stage with, or otherwise people that I think should be in on this.
