So Ive found out recently that I actually have a pretty minor disorder in my anatomy. Its called restless leg syndrome. Its hereditary (my mom has it). Basically, I am constantly moving my legs in any way possible. If they arent moving and I dont focus on keeping them still, then theyll randomly twitch. I shake my leg a lot while sitting, and I change the position Im sitting in constantly. Also, there are times when I go to bed and cant sleep because my legs are too active. They twitch very badly and I have to take medication to calm them down. Next time you see me, try to take note of any of this and youll see for yourself.
