So Ive got this male friend of mine whos having trouble in the bedroom with his girlfriend and he tells me he doesnt engage in foreplay because he doesnt see the point. Look guys, women are built up to arousal. You cant just slide on down a dry water slide. And foreplay doesnt just mean physical; it means physical AND mental foreplay. Its essential. It may be the way you look in a suit, or something you cooked for her, or when you tell her you care about her and it makes her feel safe. Thats the REAL foreplay. Everything else just builds on her arousal so when she IS aroused it makes her body extremely sensitive to the point where a simple kiss, bite or warm touch of certain body parts (especially the neck, shoulders, back and breasts) makes her quiver. Foreplay isnt difficult. Let her imagination do the work and remember that by keeping things simple, you can never go wrong.
