So Ive legit dropped 10 lbs and an inch and a half on my waist from dropping fried food and eating more baked foods, veggies, better portion control,water and exercise. No workout drinks, no crazy workouts, just self control. Confirms what Ive always thought, you dont need all those shakes, drinks and small child sized workout powders lol. Just good ole fashion discipline an hard work is doin it for me.
