So, Ive tried Harrys razors as well as the Dollar Shave Clubs razors - the top two mail order shavers. My verdict: When the Dollar Shave Club says, Change your razor every week because their blades are so inexpensive, its not because youre treating yourself, its because you HAVE to with their razors. Im wholly unimpressed. Harrys razors are far superior and give a MUCH better shave. Two minor complaints: First, their razors are hard to clean. Thats largely because they are five-blade razors and the blades are very close together. Second, their handles are too smooth. They need a handle that doesnt slip with wet hands, in my opinion. Otherwise, two thumbs up. As a bald guy that shaves a LOT of real estate on his head several times a week, having a good razor is imperative. Im sticking with Harrys.
