So..... Jase has a new addiction and that is listening to Newstalk ZB, I called up at 2 am this morning to venture my opinion on the Kid who got off beating the other kid to a pulp (and the kid ended up dying, Im sure you have heard of it). This is a huge issue where the judge has stated she was bound by precedent and had no choice but to discharge the boy without conviction. Judges may distinguish the case from precedent which in my opinion, could of been easily achieved as the kid countinued to beat the other kid while he was unconcious... surely this provides wriggle room for the victims family to justice. Also, maybe the state needs to examine their own counsel as clearly they showed some incompetence here. This is becoming a growing problem of judges making daft decisons - remember the maori kings son, as well as the international student. In regards to Kim DotCom this guy is a joke - he has been compared to a fat version of hittler and videos of his anti-key rallies linked to the hitler youth.
