So Justin Rice, vocalist for Knoxville band Insights, stopped in this afternoon to record his entry in whitechapels vocal cover contest of a single off their forthcoming 2014 release. Since many of the entries other contestants are making just involve yelling at webcam mics, Justin should have a leg up in the contest because hes quite capable at harsh vocals, we shot multiple HD video angles, AND he used the very same mic (Neumann u87) and signal chain Phil did when Whitechapel recorded here in 2011. We wish him the winning slot in the competition!
