So Ladies!! I think I have 4 Cheerleaders that can actually CHEER at the game tomorrow at this point !! Do NOT have physicals for Jordyn, Bianca, Tori, Erica, Seuss, Miranda, Courtney, and I know I have Kiaras but I have no idea where it is !! lol.. I will find it!! ;0)~ We also need insurance and I ONLY HAVE Alycia, Alaysia, Andrews, Seuss !! So.. there are forms that go with the proof of insurance!! I NEED them signed TODAY at some point!!! with a copy of your insurance card. OR you can fill the form I gave you and pay the $20.00 for school insurance!! NEED NEED NEED!! If we have 4 cheerleaders we are NOT going!! Just saying... Any doctors can fax physicals to me @ 401.762.9364.. Im not chasing girls.. get this stuff to me or you dont go ! I have 9,000,000.00 things to do.. cant be stressing on this.. get it done so the season can run smooth !
