So Mom has been diagnosed with an immune mediated condition called crescendic glomerulonephritis AKA Bergers. This has caused anemia and renal failure. She begins treatment tomorrow. She will go through plasma exchange for five days, steroids, and immunosuppression. We ask for your continued prayers. If there is one regret we have it is that this should have been diagnosed in February at Oschners where her anemia was found. Her prognosis wouldve been much better if this had been found 5 months ago. Always be an advocate for yourself or your family. Keep questioning until you get answers! Thanks for your prayers.
