So... Not happy this morning. I understood before I moved in to this place the landlord was wanting to make a parking lot, however I had no idea he was taking it as far as he has. First of all, there was already an area here big enough for parking, but he ended up tearing up the grass and yard, so even if my kids wanted to go out and play in the little bit of yard we have...they couldnt, second political sign as big as my car in the yard of the home I rent, cement slabs in the parking lot that he expanded which are a pea green and say the name of the bar on, now I wake up this morning to yet another sign in the yard of the house, but this time it is the name of the bar with an arrow pointing towards the parking lot. I am a tennant who pays $850 and all my own utilities... Do I not have any rights? Or can he do whatever he wants without even saying a word to us. Especially with the signs.
