So... Ok, yesterday he saw the surgeon. His colon had kinked for like 12 hours. He was in some serious pain. He refused to go to the ER or doc or even call about it. I dressed him, he kicked it off, I dressed him, he kicked it off. I think we both made some idle threats, something along the lines of If this doesnt kill you...I will... 😂... long story short, it unkinked right before we left. Thank ya Jesus. So the oncologist in Stillwater didnt work out like I had hoped, as in I was seconds away from pounding out all my stress on the lady who Oops forgot to see if your insurance would cover you here. This came after waiting very patiently for this visit, and me leaving work ( again) for no reason at all. If you dont believe in miracles.. Well, you should, because I was very close to pounding her face in!! The thing is, God cant use me or this situation to bring him glory, if instead of trusting that he has a huge plan and reason for this, I go around bashing peoples head in,.. So I opted not to. Now he has someone who specializes in colorectal cancer! He met with her today. On a side note they drew some blood to send for testing. This is for him, but a big part of it is for Champ and Ace. It is pretty rare for him to get this, at this age, and they need to know as much as they can for the boys sake. Plus he was adopted, so there is a whole lot of medical history that is unknown. The oncologist spent a lot of time on that subject. If the insurance doesnt cover it, it will be around $3000. Im going to just go ahead and rebel out and trust that they will. If not, our faith has never been in a test, and now is not the time to start. Am I right? Anyways, looks like chemo for 6 months ( hoping its the pill, pretty sure it will be) and radiation for 2 months, every week day in Tulsa ( chance it could be stronger doses and less often) ...every other week he will probably get injections of some kind for his blood level. This will all start after his pet scan,and will know more specifics after meeting with the radiologist tomorrow. Also found out that there was still some cancer left that could not be cut out by surgery 😕Hoping he will start back to work soon, that he can get treatments after work and will have the energy to keep working and driving himself,but whatever it is, whatever reason this is happening, somebody somewhere somehow is going to come to know God thru this. If that is his plan to use Troll to make a difference in someones forever... Then here we are, ....all eyes are on you Lord... All eyes are on you.
