So Olford Personal Training will be participating in this years Undead Unleashed 5k Zombie Run in Toronto! Its basically running a 5k through 20 obstacles..... oh and the whole race is zombie infested!!! We have a few clients joining in with us -- if youre interested in participating (which is for all levels by the way), join our group: OLFORD PT to sign up and run the race with yours truly.
