So Ronda, I made your roasted vegetables just now and ate some for lunch. I had to change it up a little. First of all I doubled or tripled the amount of veggies. Probably like doubled the broc/caul and tripled the taters. I didnt have garlic powder so I didnt put any in. My sesame seeds were no good likely for being long in the tooth (attn Andy Lambert) so I pitched em and used caraway seeds. After dressing was done the veggies took up the entire baking sheet, so 20 minutes wasnt gonna cut it; it ended up being 34 I think all told, taking out every 12 minutes to stir them around and turn the sheet. Came out well. I had seconds. :)
