So Sad!!!!! A Good Samaritan heard something and found this little newborn (estimate 24 hours) abandoned in a dumpster behind an apartment building. They brought him immediately to us. We have no idea of where the mother is or if the puppy received the all important colostrum from her. Puppy is cold and weak. We will do our very best for him but chances are slim at this point. We are currently slowly warming him and will be attempting a feed. He is leaving to an experienced foster home.
