So Sad..I feel sorry for all of the good police officers who have to endure this because of one foul rotten apple...Its clear..an unarmed kid...6 shots..one in the top of the head after the body was bent forward..this officer lost control and became an executioner.. We need to regroup some of them and retrain them (especially the ones with PTSD straight out of the MIddle East) they need to learn to become service providers, protectors, and life savers...time to dual train them as paramedics (maybe if they are trained to become lifesavers, they will not be life takers), and that firing a gun is the last resort, not a first option to use if you can get by with it and defend it...A life is a life, and they are not decided who is worthy or not.. Law Enforcement...not on the spot, judge, jury and executioner penalty enforcement.. I am certainly not talking about all officers, most are good, but primarily the ones with the shaved heads.
