So Salon, sent me an email declining to publish my rebuttal to an article written by one of the people who is constantly invoking Native north americans struggle to gain credibility. I would be fine with that, but no reason, just a we are not interested in running this story, with a smiley face. I will probably post it on a blog , but it just goes to show, that these people will print things written ABOUT natives as long as they agree but god forbid you ask them to print something by an actual Native that doesnt jive with what they want. I think that Native people need to be heard, and not just when we talk about things that people want to hear, but when we talk about things that people need to hear.
